Who We Are
At Leighview Social Support we provide Outcome Focused support to service users in the community, through at home care and supported living schemes. We help adults to stay safe, be healthy, make a positive contribution to society, achieve economic well-being, as well as continue to strengthen relationships with their family and friends.
We understand the importance of providing flexible person-centred support which can increase independence yet still deliver the appropriate level of support to meet people’s individual needs.
