What is Complex Care? 

Complex care is person-centred support for someone living with a chronic condition.

Complex care is a type of care and support given to people who have chronic or long-term health conditions who need additonal help to manage their symptoms and daily tasks. Examples of such conditions include neurological disorders, disabilities, injuries, and sometimes the use of feeding tubes.

Who needs complex care?

Anyone living with a long-term, progressive illness or injury can benefit from complex care. Whilst getting care from our team of highly training care staff, with years experience and expertise, we will ensure that you have the right level of care in place for you that enables you to live well with your condition, whilst being surrounded with your home comforts.
